Radio DJ Karen Bordador, boyfriend face multiple raps after drug raid

Radio disc jockey Karen Bordador and her boyfriend Emilio Lim are set to face multiple charges for their alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.

A report on "24 Oras" showed the couple underwent inquest proceedings at the Pasig Prosecutor's Office on Monday.

The Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory said it recovered marijuana and ecstasy during a buy-bust operation at the condominium unit of the couple in Pasig City.

The Pasig City Police pointed to Lim as the supplier of party drugs in various clubs in Makati City and at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.

Lim refused to issue a statement on the charges, while Bordador denied her involvement in illegal drugs. —Joseph Tristan Roxas/JST, GMA News
