DLSU postpones DCAT scheduled on Sunday, October 16

The De La Salle University has postponed its college admission examination originally set on Sunday, October 16 due to the bad weather brought by Typhoon Karen.

"The De La Salle University College Admission Test (DCAT) scheduled on 16 October 2016, has been postponed due to inclement weather conditions," the university announced on Saturday.

The exam was moved to November 6, Sunday, but the same time schedule applies.

"The test is rescheduled on 06 November 2016 following the time indicated on the test permit. All test permits with the 16 October test date will automatically be honored on 06 November," DLSU said.

Typhoon Karen is expected to make landfall in Aurora between midnight and 2 a.m. Sunday, at least three hours earlier than the previous forecast.

PAGASA on Saturday said that it is expected to cross Luzon landmass for at least 12 hours.
