Motorcycle-riding gunmen kill 4 people in Caloocan

Four people were killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City on Monday night.

Police identified the victims as Jefferson Gacho, 35, resident of Phase 8, Barangay 176; Michael Lui John Bonrostro, 19;. a certain Wang and a certain JR.

Luzviminda Cruz, mother of Michael, said four masked men on board motorcycles fired at the house of Gacho, killing the victims.

Cruz said that her son went to the house of Gacho, their distant relative, to have dinner.

She said that Gacho was a drug user, but denied that her son was using drugs.

Johnny Mangunay, team leader in Barangay 176, however said that Cruz's son was a known drug user and was one of the subjects of their Project Tokhang.
