Lookout bulletin order issued vs. QC road rage killing suspect
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II on Wednesday instructed immigration personnel to keep a close watch on Quezon City road rage killing suspect Fredison Ong Atienza.
Aguirre issued the immigration lookout bulletin order so as "not to defeat the purpose" of the ongoing investigation by the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) into the incident, according to the document released by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Atienza, the driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser, is the suspect in the killing of motorcycle rider Anthony Mendoza on February 25 at the corner of D. Tuazon Street and Quezon Avenue following a traffic altercation.
