Panic after second Quiapo blast
Panic followed as a second explosion hit an area near a mosque in Quiapo, Manila on Saturday night.
A video taken by radio dzBB's Olan Bola shows policemen trying to determine where the second blast took place.
Loud shouting of policemen and other people can be heard from the background of the video.

Bola reported that the second explosion happened near the first explosion along Norzagaray Street, near the Manila Golden Mosque, shortly before 6 p.m.
The second blast took place seconds after National Capital Region Police Office chief Director General Oscar Albayalde briefed members of the media about the first explosion. The second blast happened at past 8:30 p.m.
Albayalde was unhurt and whisked away from the area right after the second blast. —ALG, GMA News
