Ex-child actor arrested in QC buy-bust operation

A former child actor was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Quezon City earlier this week.

CJ Ramos was caught in possession of a “transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu” during a police operation in Quezon City on July 31, 2018, according to the police.

Ramos admitted to the crime, saying he got tempted to use illegal drugs after being clean for a year. “Natukso lang po talaga ako,” he said.

In an interview with GMA News, Ramos got emotional as he asked for forgiveness and understanding from his family and friends.

Ramos was featured in a few movies including Tanging Yaman in 2000. —KBK, GMA News
