Bad weather, big waves fail to stop kids from playing by the Baywalk of Manila Bay

Playtime is playtime for kids, regardless of where that may be.

At the Baywalk on Manila Bay, children were seen whooping and enjoying the splash from huge waves from Manila Bay on Sunday morning, according to a tweet by Mao dela Cruz of Super Radyo dzBB.
