Fire hits bank branch in Makati City

A fire of still undetermined origin broke out at a bank branch in Barangay Bangkal in Makati City early afternoon on Sunday.

Super Radyo dzBB's Mao dela Cruz reported that the fire at the East-West Bank branch at the corner of Evangelista and Gen. Mojica Streets began at 12:24 p.m. and was put out at about 1 p.m.

No one was reported hurt in the fire.

Fire officials are still investigating the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage it caused. —LBG, GMA News
