Water service interruption in parts of Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasig, QC Nov. 3-4, 2018

More than 40,000 households in Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasig and Quezon City will be affected by Manila Water's leak repairs at EDSA-Shaw Boulevard southbound service road and EDSA-Shaw underpass northbound this weekend.

The following barangays will experience water service interruption from 10 p.m., Saturday, November 3, to 6 a.m., Sunday, November 4:

Mandaluyong:

• Wack-Wack
• Mauway
• Addition Hills
• Highway Hills
• Malamig
• Buwayang Bato
• Barangka Ilaya
• Plainview
• Barangka Itaas
• Barangka Ibaba
• Barangka Drive
• Pleasant Hills
• Hulo

San Juan:

• Greenhills
• Addition Hills
• Little Baguio
• Pasadena
• Corazon De Jesus
• West Crame

Pasig:

• Ugong
• Oranbo
• Pineda
• Bagong Ilog
• Kapitolyo
• San Antonio

Quezon City:

• Kaunlaran
• Bagong Lipunan
• Horseshoe
• Valencia
• Immaculate Conception
• San Martin de Porres
• Ugong Norte

Affected residents were advised to store water to supply their needs during the time of the interruption.

Motorists were also advised to take alternate routes while the repairs are being done as the innermost lane and a portion of the middle lane on EDSA southbound service road will be closed.

Those going to Makati may take the outermost lane on EDSA.

Motorists going to Pasig or EDSA northbound may turn right from EDSA to Shaw Boulevard, then take the U-turn slot toward the eastbound lane of Shaw Boulevard.

The roadway will be clear and passable to motorists by 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 4.
