Road rage suspect who used No. 8 plates apologizes, explains anger
The suspect in the viral road rage incident involving an SUV with a special No. '8' plate has apologized.
According to Chino Gaston's report on "24 Oras", Jojo Valerio said his family was with him in the vehicle when the altercation started.
He said his child was hurt in the process.
Valerio remained mum on how he came to use license plate reserved for members of the House of Representatives.
—Margaret Claire Layug/NB, GMA News
