Victim of brutal killing found in Tondo, Manila

The remains of a man with his feet and neck chained with four padlocks to a cement block was found under the bridge of R-10 Barangay 128 in Tondo, Manila, Jame Agustin reported on Saksi.

The head of the unidentified male victim of summary execution was wrapped with two shirts and duct tape.

The man, who is about five feet nine inches in height, was also found with his hands and feet tied with the cable of a cellphone around 3 p.m. on Monday.

Scene of the Crime Operatives have taken the fingerprints of the still unidentified man.

The Manila police did not issue a statement as they conduct an investigation into the crime and try to identify the victim. — BAP, GMA News
