A last minute inspection was conducted early Wednesday morning at the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Harbor Link Segment 10 before a dry run, Allan Gatus reported for Super Radyo's dzBB.
The NLEx-Harbor Link, which is 5.65 kilometers elevated expressway, is expected to decongest traffic for up to 30,000 vehicles per day and is set to open to the public this month.
The thoroughfare traverses the cities of Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan and is seen to improve accessibility and connectivity between key areas of Metro Manila and the northern provinces of Luzon. — BAP, GMA News
