Fire hits residential area in Barangay Baesa in QC
A fire hit a residential area in Barangay Baesa, Quezon City on Monday.
According to a report by Manny Vargas on GMA Super Radyo dzBB, the fire started at around 11 a.m. in Sitio Pajo.
The fire reached Task Force Bravo and was put out around 2 p.m.
Around 300 houses and 900 families were affected. The cost of damage was estimated to reach P1.5 million.

Small firetrucks managed to access the narrow alleys in the area but larger ones found it difficult to enter because they might get entangled with the electric cable wires hanging loosely at the site.

At least three residents were reported to have minor injuries.
