2 fire incidents raze houses in Quezon City
Two fire incidents broke out almost simultaneously in separate residential areas in Quezon City, leaving thousands homeless, according to Super Radyo dzBB reports.
Reporter Isa Avendano-Umali reported that the fire that broke out at around 4:40 p.m. along Mendez Road in Barangay Baesa continued to raze houses made of light materials, forcing the Bureau of Fire Protection to raise the alarm level to Task Force Bravo.
Task Force Bravo means more firetrucks are needed in the scene, from the minimum of four trucks to a maximum of 27 firetrucks.

A separate report by Benjie Liwanag said that the fire in a residential area at Sinagtala, Barangay Bahay Toro has been raised to fifth alarm as of 5:40 p.m.
