Vehicular accident causes traffic congestion in Sampaloc, Manila

A vehicular accident involving a passenger bus and a taxi occurred early Wednesday morning, according to a report of Luisito Santos for Super Radyo's DZBB.

The collision occurred at the corner of España Boulevard and Lacson Avenue and has caused heavy traffic congestion at the southbound lane.

The taxi driver and the bus conductor of both vehicles blamed each other for the collision. —BAP/KG, GMA News
