Fire breaks out in Barangay Olympia, Makati

Fire broke out at a residential area in Barangay Olympia in Makati City on Saturday morning.

The fire started at 8:30 a.m. at a row of houses on Constancia Street, according to a report on Dobol B sa News TV by Mao dela Cruz.

The Bureau of Fire Protection raised the third alarm as of 9:05 a.m.

No one has been reported injured in the ongoing fire.

Some 20 houses have been affected as of posting time, according to the BFP.

The fire was placed under control before 1 p.m.

Motorists were advised to avoid J.P. Rizal Street up to Circuit Makati as fire trucks are in the area. —KG, GMA News
