Police release composite sketch of Yulo slay suspect

The police on Thursday released a composite sketch of the gunman who killed businessman Jose Luis Yulo along EDSA-Mandaluyong in February.

According to a report by Emil Sumangil on GMA News TV's Balitanghali, a witness to the crime was able to describe the face of one of the riding-in-tandem suspects who ambushed Yulo after attending a drag race in Pampanga.

The Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) ‘Yulo’ said the witness was also a motorist. He supposedly tailed the suspects and saw them stopping a few meters away from the crime scene.

The witness, now under the custody of the police, claimed to have seen the face of the back rider who removed his helmet and jacket, and casually walked away as if nothing happened.

The other suspect who drove the motorcycle did not remove his helmet, according to the witness.

The SITG Yulo urged the public to contact them at 0998 598 7872 if they know the whereabouts or any information about the suspect in the composite sketch.

Sixty-two year-old Yulo and the driver of the van he was riding were gunned down in February while traveling along EDSA. Another companion of Yulo was injured.
