Truck carrying concrete culvert falls on its side at Cloverleaf, slows traffic
A truck carrying a concrete culvert fell on its side before dawn on Monday at Cloverleaf in Balintawak, Quezon City, slowing down traffic, according to a report by Super Radyo dzBB's Allan Gatus on GMA News' Unang Balita.
The culvert broke when it fell on the ground and was strewn on the road.
The truck came from North Luzon Expressway and was on the leftmost lane going up Cloverleaf toward EDSA when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The leftmost lane remains unpassable as of posting time.
Two other lanes however remain open to motorists.
Traffic has slowed down as the truck has yet to be removed from the area.
