Malate Catholic School suspends classes during SEA Games

The Malate Catholic School joined other Metro Manila schools that suspended classes during the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.

In a Facebook post, the Malate Catholic School announced that classes would be suspended from December 2-Monday to December 6-Friday.

The Metro Manila Metro Manila Development Authority earlier confirmed that the following schools would be suspending their classes during the games:

• Arellano Law School - December 2 to December 7
• St. Scholastica’s College - December 2 to December 7
• St. Paul College Pasig - December 2 to December 6
• St. Pedro Poveda College - December 2 to December 6

"We would also like to give our support to all Filipino Athletes set to compete in the 30th Southeast Asian Games! Mabuhay ang mga atletang Pilipino," read the Malate Catholic School post.
