Fire hits residential area in Parola, Tondo

A residential area in Tondo, Manila was hit by a fire late Sunday morning, according to the Manila Public Information Office (PIO).

In a Facebook post, the Manila PIO said the fire broke out at around 11 a.m. at Gate 10, Parola.

The fire was declared under control at 11:30 a.m.

“Fire out” was declared at 1:19 p.m.

Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of the blaze. — Julia Mari Ornedo/BM, GMA News
