Former Falcon center Papi Sarr arrested for allegedly threatening Adamson official

Former Adamson University center Papi Sarr on Thursday was nabbed for allegedly threatening a school official after being dismissed from the team.

According to a report from the Manila Police District, the ex-Soaring Falcon confronted and shouted at a school official inside Adamson's Saint Vincent Gym after he was given a dismissal letter.

The 24-year-old Cameroonian, who was with his brother Abdul that time, crumpled the letter and slapped it onto the official's chest.

Abdul reportedly intervened and even attempted to punch the official but was prevented by people at the gym.

Sarr was later on arrested by police who responded to the official's complaint, while Abdul remains at large.

Sarr was charged with unjust vexation and light threat. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
