Pacquiao told by barangay to stay home after Koko presence at party

Senator Manny Pacquiao has been told by the barangay chairman of Dasmarinas in Makati City that he and members of his household could not come out of his residence.

In a letter dated March 27, Dasmarinas barangay chairperson Rossana Hwang said Pacquiao has been identified as a person under monitoring after Senator Koko Pimentel attended a party at the Pacquiao home.

"No one including any of your household can come out. If yon need something, please call the barangay... We can procure things for you and send it to your doostep," Hwang said in her letter.

Hwang said the measure was upon the recommendation of doctors from Makati Medical Center and by the Manila Health Department. -NB, GMA News
