Caloocan mom nabbed for forcing kids to perform sexual acts online
The Philippine National Police-Women and Children Protection Center (PNP-WCPC) and the National Bureau of Investigation Anti-Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTRAD) arrested a 41-year-old woman in Caloocan City for allegedly forcing her three children to perform sexual acts on webcam for paying customers.
The PNP WCPC Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division (ATIPD), NBI-AHTRAD, Caloocan City Social Welfare Department, and Caloocan City Police Station arrested the suspect on Monday even as they found evidence on the scene, including a mobile phone, desktop computer, webcam and cash with remittance receipts.

Meanwhile, the law enforcement units rescued the victims: a 13-year-old boy and two girls, ages 14 and five.
The children were receiving trauma-informed aftercare services.
Authorities conducted the operation following a referral from the Australian Federal Police that was routed through the Philippine Internet Crimes Against Children Center (PICACC).
The suspect would be charged under the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act or Republic Act (RA) 9208.
She would also likely be charged under RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), RA 9775 (Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009), and RA 7610 (Child Abuse Law).
“As a mother, I could not quite comprehend why she would do this act to her own children," said NBI-AHTRAD chief Atty. Janet Francisco. "Despite this, I would like to assure the public that the children rescued will no longer be abused.
"This just shows that criminally minded individuals will do whatever it takes to exploit minors for profit. But we as law enforcers will also do whatever it takes to apprehend erring individuals.”
The PICACC is a cooperative effort involving local and international law enforcement which also included the Australian Federal Police and the United Kingdom National Crime Agency (UK NCA).
Partnerships with non-government organization such as International Justice Mission (IJM) were also involved. — DVM, GMA News
