Vice President's Office, QC launch produce delivery app amid ECQ

The Office of the Vice President and the Quezon City Government launched a Community Mart app which would allow certain Quezon City residents to buy fresh produce and dry goods from the Kamuning Market have their purchases delivered to their homes.

Using the app, vegetables, fruits, meat, among other products, can be purchased and delivered on the same day, provided that orders are placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the next day.

Barangays in Quezon City covered in the project’s pilot run include:

  • Kamuning,
  • Mariana,
  • Obrero,
  • Sacred Heart,
  • Laging Handa,
  • Pinagkaisahan,
  • South Triangle,
  • Paligsahan, and
  • Roxas District.

— DVM, GMA News
