Heavy downpour causes flood, zero visibility in QC
The heavy rain that hit portions of Metro Manila on Friday afternoon has caused floods in several streets, particularly in Quezon City, according to tweets by Super Radyo dzBB's reporters.
As of 1:35 p.m., light vehicles could hardly pass a street in Brgy. Pinyahan in Quezon City, as shown on a tweet by Mark Makalalad.

The corner of Mapagmahal and Matatag streets in Barangay Pinyahan was not passable, according to Allan Gatus. A truck attempted to pass the area but failed.

Mother Ignacia corner Samar Street was likewise not passable to light vehicles due to flood.

It was almost zero visibility, meanwhile, along Commonwealth Avenue, as seen on Luisito Santos' tweet.

According to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority's (MMDA) monitoring, Gate 3 of Camp Aguinaldo on EDSA was not passable due to knee-deep flood as of 1:36 p.m. --KBK, GMA News
