Metro Manila residents were finally allowed to go out of their homes with their families after the region was placed under alert level 2.
According to Bernadette Reyes' report on "24 Oras" on Sunday, while some families trooped to malls and parks, others went early Christmas shopping in Divisoria.
However, physical distancing was not observed in some areas.
Several people were also seen not wearing their face masks and face shields properly.
