LTO closes all NCR-West branches, extends validity of expired driver’s licenses, car plates ending in ‘1’
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Thursday, January 6, 2022, closed all its National Capital Region (NCR)-West branches until further notice.
In a Facebook post, the LTO-NCR said the closure of all of the agency’s NCR-West branches was due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases and to give way for a thorough disinfection of all its offices.
The following branches are closed until further notice:
- NCR West Regional Office
- Manila Licensing Center
- Manila North District Office
- Manila South District Office
- Manila East District Office
- Manila West District Office
- Pasay City Licensing Center
- Pasay District Office
- Public Utility Vehicle Registration Extension Office
- South Motor Vehicle Inspection Center
- Muntinlupa District Office
- Las Piñas District Office
- Las Piñas Licensing Extension Office
- Makati District Office
- Parañaque District Office
- Malabon District Office
- Navotas Extension Office
- Kalookan Licensing Extension Office
- Caloocan District Office
- DLRO Ayala The Link
- DLRO Guadalupe
- DLRO Robinsons Manila
- DLRO Lucky Chinatown
- DLRO Robinsons Las Piñas
- DLRO SM Manila
- DLRO Araneta Square Mall
- DLRO Metro Point Pasay

“Dahil dito EXTENDED hanggang PEBRERO 28, 2022 ang validity ng registration na may PLATE NUMBER na nagtatapos sa ‘1’ at magre-renew ng January 2022,” LTO-NCR said.
(Because of this, the validity of registration of those with plate numbers ending in ‘1’ and for renewal in January 2022 is extended until February 28, 2022.)
“Ang student permit (SP), Driver’s license (DL), at Conductor’s license (CL) na nag expire mula ika-1 hanggang ika-31 ng Oktubre 2021 at Disyembre 2021 ay EXTENDED hanggang ENERO 31, 2022,” it said.
(The student permit, Driver’s license, and Conductor’s license which expired in October 2021 and December 2021 are extended until January 31, 2022.)
