Japanese national found dead in a condominium in Makati City

A Japanese national was found dead in a condominium in Makati City early Thursday morning, according to Nimfa Ravelo’s report on Super Radyo dzBB.

Citing information from the Philippine National Police Southern District, the victim’s body probably came from the roof deck of the building.

Investigation showed that two maintenance personnel discovered the victim’s body about 1:20 a.m. on the sixth floor of the building located between Chino Roces Avenue and Arnaiz Avenue.

Reportedly there were broken glasses and wires wrapped around the victim’s body.

Before the body was found, the Japanese national was seen in a CCTV footage walking alone on the roof deck of the building.

It was learned that the victim was living on the 31st floor.

Further investigation regarding the incident is being conducted by the Makati Police and an autopsy will be done to determine the cause of his death. -- Mel Matthew Doctor/BAP, GMA News
