14-year-old killed after getting stabbed three times by fellow minor

A 14-year-old was killed after he was allegedly stabbed by a fellow minor with the help of several other teenagers at a supermarket compound in Quezon City.

According to James Agustin's report on "Unang Balita", Grade 8 student Xian Ezekiel Pastores suffered three stab wounds in different parts of his body.

He was rushed to the hospital but died.

The incident happened on E. Rodriguez Avenue in Quezon City on Thursday night.

A witness reported that the victim was able to approach him before the suspect started stabbing the victim.

Authorities were able to arrest the suspect, a 15-year-old boy, and five companions aged 14 to 16.

Based on the initial investigation by the police, Pastores was with his friends from school when a group of teenagers went after him.

The suspects, all minors, have been turned over to the Quezon City Police Department's Social Development Department. —Sherylin Untalan/NB, GMA News
