13-year-old stabbed in attack by fellow minors outside high school in QC
A 13-year-old boy was stabbed and mauled by fellow minors outside Judge Luna High School in Barangay Bungad, Quezon City.
According to Emil Sumangil’s report on “24 Oras”, the victim was immediately rushed to a hospital due to injuries he suffered after being stabbed and hit with a baseball bat.
The incident was caught on CCTV footage.
According to the victim, he was in the area to fetch someone when a group of minors attacked him.
“Kapag baba ko po ng tricycle bigla nila akong binanatan… nakursunadahan lang po” the victim said, adding that he could not think of any reason why he would be mauled.
Two minors, who were allegedly involved in the incident, were arrested by the police and are currently in the custody of QC Police District Baler Station.
They were reportedly 15 and 13, and were alleged members of a fraternity.
The two minors denied the accusations.
Their parents cried when authorities explained to them that their children would be charged with frustrated homicide.
Meanwhile, police are still looking for the suspect who stabbed the victim and his other accomplices.
