Manila North and South Cemetery closed from March 27 to 31

The North Cemetery in Sta, Cruz, Manila and South Cemetery in Makati will be closed to public starting from March 27, Holy Wednesday, to March 31, Easter Sunday, the Manila City government said.

In an advisory posted on its social media account, the Manila public information office said North Cemetery will closed the whole day of March 27 while South Cemetery will be closed starting 12 noon.

It added both cemeteries will be open for interments on Sunday.

Manila earlier declared half-day classes in public and private schools and half-day work for city government employees on Wednesday.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
