Suspects in blast that damaged photojournalist’s car nabbed

The police have charged two suspects in a blast that damaged the car of photojournalist Michael Varcas in Quezon City last February 19.

According to Glen Juego’s report on Super Radyo dzBB on Wednesday,  the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said that charges of arson were filed against the two. 

QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit chief Major Don Lapitan said that one of the suspects was identified bya witness. 

Authorities are still determining the motive behind the crime. However, Varcas earlier said that he did not have any altercation or issue with anyone as a photojournalist. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/BM, GMA Integrated News
