Tension breaks out in San Juan building due to alleged property dispute
A tension broke out in a building in San Juan City on Thursday due to a supposed property dispute.
According to reports of GMA Integrated News’ Jun Veneracion and Mark Makalalad, the stand-off between two parties took place at the V.V. Soliven building in the EDSA - San Juan area.
The tension reportedly stemmed from a dispute between Soliven siblings.
One group allegedly stormed the building and looted some items, including land titles, laptops, and cash.One security guard was also reportedly hurt.

Authorities placed the property on lockdown and deployed a special weapons and tactics (SWAT) team to manage the situation.
The San Juan City Police advised the Soliven siblings to settle the issue in court.
