Authorities have served an arrest warrant against a police officer charged with the killing of a fellow cop in Camp Bagong Diwa last year, according to Mark Makalalad’s Wednesday report on Super Radyo dzBB.

Police Brigadier General Bonard Briton, Director of the Philippine National Police Integrity Monitoring Enforcement Group (IMEG), said the warrant was served against Police Lieutenant Colonel Roderick Pascua at the custodial facility of the regional headquarters of the NCRPO on Tuesday.

The arrest warrant was issued by the National Capital Judicial Region Branch 271.

The suspect, who reportedly admitted to committing the crime and executed an affidavit, caught his wife with the victim in an intimate situation.

He later told the police where the body was buried.

In December 2024, the victim’s body was found at the ancestral home of the suspect in Baguio City.
