The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Sunday reported that it assisted 6,054 devotees during the Feast of Jesus Nazareno, where the Traslacion took nearly 31 hours before it returned to the Quiapo Church.
As of 2 p.m. on January 11, PRC said its medical teams in first aid stations catered to 856 patients.

-409 patients were treated for minor conditions (dizziness, minor wounds, abrasions, sprains, burns, contusions, fever, and lacerations)
-13 patients required major medical intervention due to conditions including deep lacerations, fractures, deformities, shortness of breath, and severe pain.
-19 patients were transported to hospitals across Metro Manila for further treatment.
The PRC Emergency Field Hospital at Kartilya ng Katipunan took care of 44 patients. Of these, 34 were treated and discharged for minor conditions, and 10 were transported to nearby hospitals.
The PRC said it provided welfare assistance to 2,204 individuals.
This includes the distribution of 2,075 food packs, psychological support services, family tracing, referrals, and free communication assistance.
The PRC also handed out 1,300 liters of potable water and 10,000 liters of domestic water to 2,950 individuals to help prevent dehydration and maintain sanitation.
"Information is preliminary and subject to final verification as PRC continues to receive and validate additional reports," PRC said in a statement.
Meanwhile, PRC Chairman Richard Gordon thanked PRC staff and volunteers for their hard work.
“To all our volunteers and staff, I salute you. You make the impossible possible, and the Filipino people are fortunate to have your dedication in every mission you undertake,” Gordon said.
A total of 9,640,290 devotees participated in the Feast of Jesus Nazareno, which culminated with the Traslacion, which commemorates the transfer of the image of Jesus Nazareno from Intramuros to its current home at Quiapo Church.
This year's Traslacion was the longest recorded in history, Quiapo Church communications coordinator Silgen Cabrito said. — Mariel Celine Serquiña/RF, GMA Integrated News
