2 youth leaders arrested for Quiapo robbery holdup

MANILA, Philippines - Manila police arrested two youth councilors tagged in the holdup robbery of a woman in Manila's downtown Quiapo district, dzBB radio reported Tuesday. The two suspects, initially identified as Reynaldo Bautista and Paolo Monsanto - both members of the Sangguniang Kabataan - were arrested in police a follow-up operation and were both positively identified in a lineup. Initial investigation showed the two held up Camille Aguirre at the overpass of Raon and Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo. The victim's screams attracted the attention of passersby.
