UST Growling Tigers beat NU Bulldogs, 75-67

A late fourth quarter surge lifted the UST Growling Tigers to a 75-67 win over the NU Bulldogs in the main game of the 69th UAAP men's basketball on Saturday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig. The victory snapped UST's four-game slump and improved its win-loss card to 3-5 to occupy fourth place along with NU and Adamson University. UST's Chester Taylor scored six of his 10 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Tigers in outscoring the Bulldogs who led in three quarters before collapsing in the final period.
