Seaoil follows suit, cuts pump prices by P1/liter

MANILA, Philippines - Following the announcements from two other independent oil firms, Seaoil Philippines on Wednesday noon said it would also be slashing the prices of all its petroleum products by P1 per liter. Rey Jimenez, Seaoil spokesman, told GMANews.TV in a text message: "Seaoil will rollback the prices of our fuel products (gasoline, diesel, and kerosene) by P1 per liter effective 2 p.m. today." Once the rollback is implemented, Seaoil's per-liter prices will be at P31.98 for diesel, P31.50 for unleaded gasoline and P32 for premium. Earlier in the day, Flying V and UniOil both announced a rollback on their diesel and gasoline prices. Flying V lowered the price of its diesel and gasoline products by P1 per liter around noon. Meanwhile, UniOil reduced its diesel by P4 per liter and its gasoline by as much as P7 per liter. - GMANews.TV
