‘Salvage’ victim found in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines - Police have started investigating the suspected summary execution of a man whose body was dumped in Quezon City, a radio report said early Friday. Radio dzBB's Louie Garcia reported that a school bus driver found the male body along Regalado Avenue in Greater Lagro village. The victim was described as 45 to 50 years old, wearing a brown shirt and blue shorts, with a "Sputnik" tattoo on the leg. His hands and feet were bound with nylon cord, the report said. - GMANews.TV
