Arroyo leads wreath-laying at Libingan ng mga Bayani

MANILA, Philippines - President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo led a wreath-laying ceremony at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City early Sunday morning to kick off the 23rd anniversary of the EDSA-1 Revolution. Joining the President was Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, Press Secretary Cerge Remonde, and Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr., according to a report by Lito Laparan in dzBB radio.
