Fire hits GSIS building in Manila's Sta. Mesa district

MANILA, Philippines - Fire of still undetermined origin hit Pureza Street at the Sta. Mesa district in Manila before noon Monday. Radio dzBB's Carlo Mateo reported that the fire hit the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) building and nearly a portion of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
