Cops raid shabu den in Pasig

Authorities on Friday raided four areas in Barangay Pineda, Pasig City, reportedly the new haven of illegal drugs in the city. Law enforcers collared four suspected drug pushers and users as of posting time. The suspects were arrested while they were having a pot session inside one of the houses. Members of the Philippine National Police-Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force (PNP-AIDSOTF), Pasig City police and Special Weapons and Tactics are now pursuing other suspects who tried to escape. The raiding teams have secured the area to prevent bystanders or the suspects' sympathizers from tampering the evidence. They were able to recover toothers, aluminum foils, gas lamps and shabu in some of the houses.-GMANews.TV
