Petron to hike pump prices by P1 per liter

Major oil player Petron Corporation will increase gasoline, diesel and kerosene products by P1 per liter effective Tuesday noon. In a text message, Rafael Ledesma, Petron public affairs officer, said the increase was due to "movements in international oil prices."

Earlier in the day, Chevron (formerly Caltex Philippines) increased its pump prices also by P1 per liter. The increase took effect 6 a.m., said Antonio Nebrida, Chevron Corporate Communications Manager.
