Cebu Pacific cancels 5 flights due to ‘Bebeng’

Air carrier Cebu Pacific canceled at least five flights between Manila and destinations in Bicol and Visayas due to tropical storm "Bebeng" (Aere). In an advisory on its Facebook page, Cebu Pacific said the following flights were canceled:

5J523/524 Manila to Naga and back;

5J327/328 Manila to Legazpi and back;

5J323/324 Manila to Legazpi and back;

5J525 Manila to Naga and back;

5J919 Manila to Caticlan and back. "Affected passengers will be accommodated on the next available flights ... Please stay tuned for more developments. We always place top priority in your safety; thank you for your understanding," it said. Tropical storm "Bebeng" had lashed parts of Southern Luzon, Bicol and the Visayas, including Metro Manila.
