Gloria Arroyo heads for La Vista house from Pampanga

After spending Friday night at her home town in Pampanga, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo left for her home in La Vista in Quezon City Saturday. The former leader left her house in Lubao and proceeded to La Vista at 11 a.m., according to a report on "Balitanghali." On Wednesday, Arroyo was released from the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) in Quezon City after a Pasay court allowed her to post P1-million bail for the electoral sabotage charges against her. She spent Thursday night at an alternative healing facility in Tagaytay City, and went to her parents' tombs at the Libingan ng Mga Bayani and visited the VMMC Friday before proceeding to Pampanga. The former leader, who now represents Pampanga's second legislative district in the House of Representatives, received a warm welcome from her constituents.
