292 out of 642 pass Chemist Licensure Exam — PRC


A total of 292 out of 642 examineers passed the Chemist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemistry in Manila this September 2012, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday. [Click here for complete list of passers.]
 
The results were released in two days after the last day of examination, the PRC said. 
 
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Cards (ID) and Certificates of Registration will start on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 but not later than October 5, 2012. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
  • 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
  • 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag),
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and
  • 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
The successful examinees will also have to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2012-2015, the PRC said. They should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. — KBK, GMA News
