Man dies in predawn gang war in Pasay

A homemade shotgun killed at least one person in a predawn gang war in Pasay City, dzBB radio reported Sunday. Initial reports identified the fatality as Rolly Registas, 28, a resident of Old Pestañas Street corner of Park Avenue in Pasay City. Registas was hit in the body with a shot from a homemade shotgun. He died while being treated at the San Juan de Dios Hospital. The dzBB report indicated the incident took place at about 4 a.m. Sunday. It was not immediately clear if Registas was a member of one of the warring gangs or was merely caught in the crossfire. - GMANews.TV
