2 wounded as blast rocks Manila college

A pillbox explosion rocked a Catholic college in Manila City's Mendiola district, injuring at least two people. Initial reports from dzBB radio said the assailants lobbed the explosive at the area of La Consolacion College and promptly left on board a motorcycle. Pieces of screws and nails, apparently from the pillbox, were reportedly scattered at the crime scene. Manila police were investigating the incident, the radio report said. - GMANews.TV
