2,218 pass Physician Licensure Exam –PRC

A total of 2,218 out of 2,730 passed the Physician Licensure Examination given in August, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday.

Raymund Martin Sia Li of Cebu Institute of Medicine and Eric Royd Fanco Talavera of University of Santo Tomas topped the list with 89.58 percentage score.

The registration of Mustafa Mahboobian, meanwhile, was deferred pending compliance with some registration requirements.

The PRC said registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on September 11, 12, 15 and 16, 2014.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be announced later, it added. —KBK, GMA News
