Queen Elizabeth condoles with RP stampede victims

The British Embassy in Manila on Monday conveyed to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo the condolences of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth to the families of the casualties of the PhilSports Arena stampede that killed 74 people on February 4.
